Your accommodation in Cape Town

Check-In /Out times are flexible to meet flight arrangements – please ensure that we are notified of your exact needs – normal check in times are 2 pm, and check out time 11 am.
Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, all aminities crockery and cutlery are provided.
Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and basic breakfast supplies available on arrival.
Cooked breakfast, or other prefered breakfasts are available if booked on the bed and breakfast basis.
For guests using the self Catering options a fully refunabable deposit of R500 or credit card details will be taken to cover any damages.
There is a Laundry available at the applicable rates (R60 per load) This excluding an ironing service which can be made available (R5 per intem) -
Free DSTV available to guests.
Free Intenet Wi Fi in the upper living area's
Electronic bank transfers, credit cards and cash are acceptable.
Deposit: - your reservation is only confirmed once we have received 50% of the booking value.
The Balance of the booking value (50%) to be paid two weeks before arrival or by arrangement between the parties.
Cancellation Policy:

The Full depoosit is held for all bookings over the Peak Periods December and January every year - and during the the world Cup of June and July 2010- no refund is made on these deposits
At other times with more than 3 months notice, provided we can then refill the booking we can return 90% of all deposits less the bank / credit card charges we incured.
At all times cancellactions made between Thirty (30) and seven (7) days before arrival: 75% of booking value is owed.

Seven days or less: 100% of booking value.
Confirmed bookings will not be affected by any changes to our rates.
We reserve the right to alter our rates depending on applicable criteria.
Whilst all efforts have been made with regards to your security and safety, and safes are provided in bed rooms the owners are not liable for any losses, damages or injury of any nature by guests or their property on the premises.

After receiving the deposit.
